The self-appointed queen of New Jersey has married her King! ET confirms the fact that Teresa Giudice and her boyfriend Louie Ruelas tied the knot on the weekend.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star and Louie who started dating in the year 2020 said the “I do’s” in a romantic wedding ceremony that saw the bride walk across the altar to “Ava Maria” on the Park Chateau Estate & Gardens in East Brunswick, New Jersey.”He had vows but he spoke from the heart. She took her vows and read them out loud.”
The bride was wearing a white mermaid dress with the most stunning silver tiara which completed her look. He was the ideal companion to his wife, wearing an all-white jacket, trousers of black, and a bow tie in black.
The event included a number of housewives, including her fellow NHONJ co-stars, Margaret Josephs, Dolores Catania, Jennifer Aydin, and Jackie Goldschneider.
Other housewives included Dorinda Medley Kenya Moore, Ashley Darby, Alexia Echevarria, Cynthia Bailey, Phaedra Parks, and Chanel Ayan.
In attendance but not at the wedding were co-stars members of the RHONJ and Teresa’s sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, and Teresa’s brother, Joe Gorga. Teresa’s former best friend Dina Canton (nee Manzo), also did not attend the wedding.
Although the fans might not have received an invitation to the event, ET has learned the wedding was recorded as an exclusive for Bravo which is expected to air following the thirteenth episode of Real Housewives of New Jersey.
The wedding is the second for the Bravo reality TV star, 50 who separated from her long-time spouse Joe Giudice in December 2019 following two decades of union. When they announced their split, Joe had been exiled to his home country of Italy after spending over three years of prison time for fraud. Together, they have 4 daughters, Gia 20, Gabriella 18 Milania 16, and Adriana and Adriana, who are 13. Louie was previously married and had 2 sons: Louie Jr. as well as Nicholas and his ex-wife Marisa DiMartino.
While on vacation in Greece in the month of October 2021, Louie was on one knee to propose to Teresa. “You are the love in my world, my most trusted companion, my soulmate, I vow to love you each and every day and to always provide for your four gorgeous daughters,” he wrote on Instagram. “I commit myself and my mission in life to our goals and our dreams. I am very grateful to share this journey together with you, not by myself but with you hand in hand until we’re old.”
Today, they officially begin their life with their spouse’s union which, Teresa believes, is spurred by her parent’s death.
“I was at Jersey Shore, where I booked a rental home for six weeks. Then it was his first time renting a house,” she previously told ET. “He’s not been to any of the Jersey Shore before. He rented a place for a week. when he left the shore home. That’s when we met, at the same place I spoke with my parents asking for someone special.
I asked, ‘Ma Papa, please send me someone who’s everything you’ve ever dreamed of for me. and everything I’d like I’m putting it out there in the universe. I truly did. Everything I had hoped for. Two weeks afterward. I am walking along, and I am greeted by Louie.”
